New Zealand’s service is average at best and the PML Management Team pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver on all measurables even to the point we have a 1hr turn around for all queries and accept nothing less. Any one can be good but not everyone can be great. 15 years since we opened I still manage all the clients personally with a simple view “if we don’t get it right they will go elsewhere” hence the tenure of our clients as we must be getting thing right.
Paul leading from the front with his high level of drive, commercial acumen, experience and capability ensures that the business is constantly focused on getting results. Paul works alongside each Client developing and implementing communication strategies that support their own overall company direction.
Paul is available directly on day to day operations and even proud to say if there is ever a sales query he calls them back personally himself “Every-time”.
