It’s all about having the right people doing the job.

As the director I’m a firm believer that everything starts at the top and you only need to look at any great sporting team as they have all areas of the business working together with a common goal.

New Zealand’s service is average at best and the PML Management Team pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver on all measurables even to the point we have a 1hr turn around for all queries and accept nothing less. Any one can be good but not everyone can be great. 15 years since we opened I still manage all the clients personally with a simple view “if we don’t get it right they will go elsewhere” hence the tenure of our clients as we must be getting thing right.

Paul leading from the front with his high level of drive, commercial acumen, experience and capability ensures that the business is constantly focused on getting results. Paul works alongside each Client developing and implementing communication strategies that support their own overall company direction.

Paul is available directly on day to day operations and even proud to say if there is ever a sales query he calls them back personally himself “Every-time”.

Not big on writing about myself but one thing I can honestly say is ”I love what I do” and people we work with always say the same thing. ”Paul you are so passionate about what you do and it shows” , and I have to agree. For me every day is all about having fun and I have never lost that passion. I spent the first 3 years on the phone myself to get a good understanding of what my team experience so when I give people guidance or advice I actually get it!
 
I have the luxury of having worked with some great companies with the likes of Sky Television for 15 years and still manage the account even today.
 
I don’t make excuses nor I do I accept them for myself or my company but will commit to getting you results and it really is that simple with our achievements speak for themselves.

Felicity started with PML in January 2019 and leads Operations & H.R. She worked in Call Centres whilst she was at university, which has given her a fundamental understanding of the business from the ground up. Felicity has 15 years of experience in sales; most of which has been in the luxury skincare and cosmetic industry. Felicity has bought unique and innovative ideas for business improvement and future-proofing. She discovered an affinity for databases and IT, as well as enjoying the HR side of things. As our Operations & H.R manager, Felicity is responsible for ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly.

Vasu came on board this year as Call Centre Supervisor to train and equip our Agents for success. He moved to NZ in 2010 and has worked for major brands in both Telco and Power in various leadership, training and development roles.

Admin Supervisor
Heather has been with PML since 2018 and focuses on maintaining the highest standards of customer care. She has loads of experience in sales, direct marketing and call centers. Having had her own business in the past, she knows what is needed to keep things running smoothly.
